朝霧高原治療院 鍼灸は、富士市、富士宮市にお住まいのみなさんに対して、慢性的な痛みや炎症、ストレスの緩和、健康増進を目的とした継続的な鍼治療を行なっています。

予約制です。水・木・金・土 11:00〜19:00（祝日を除く）

全国規模で行われたドイツ鍼治療研究(GERAC研究)により、腰痛症と変形性膝関節症に対して従来治療の2倍を上回る鍼治療の効果率が示されたことなどをはじめとして、腰痛や頭痛、炎症性疾患、ストレスに対する継続的な鍼治療の効果が多くの研究により明らかになっています。

そのため米国内科学会(ACP)は腰痛に対して、英国国立医療技術評価機構(NICE)や日本の「頭痛の診療ガイドライン2021」では頭痛に対して、鍼治療を推奨しています。

あるレビュー研究によれば鍼治療による慢性痛の緩和は3〜6回めで感じ始め、5週で最大効果の80%が得られるとされています。当院でも3〜5回め位から症状が緩和してくる方が多く、この報告の妥当性を実感しています。

また意外に思われるかもしれませんが、信頼できる文献に基づいてきちんと鍼灸を行えば、痛みが強い場合ほど大きな効果を期待できる可能性があり、痛みや炎症の予防効果も期待できます。

最新の研究技術によって、鍼灸が脳や神経を介して、どのようなメカニズムで免疫機能に作用を及ぼすのかについて、少しずつ科学的に解明されてきました。これにより、鍼灸は「経験」に頼る医療から、「しくみ」に基づく医療へと進化しつつあります。

2014〜2021年にはNatureやNeuronといった一流の科学ジャーナルに「電気鍼が迷走神経-副腎軸を介して炎症を抑制させるメカニズム」が報告されました。

当院では神経免疫調節を介した炎症抑制に関する一連の論文で示された、特定の解剖学的部位とパラメータに基づいて電気鍼治療を行っています。

慢性炎症は動脈硬化症、糖尿病、アルツハイマー病、がんなど、老化を促進する様々な疾患と深く関連しています。

電気鍼が慢性炎症を抑制する可能性があることから、これらの疾患に対してポジティブに作用することをとても期待しています。

沼津高専機械工学科を卒業後、国内外を放浪し、日本の伝統的な職業に惹かれて2001年に鍼灸師の免許を取得しました。

2020年からは山梨大学医学部薬理学講座で鍼灸が神経系に及ぼす影響について研究しています。

鍼灸の仕事がとても気に入っていて、ほぼ毎日新しい鍼関連論文を読んで鍼治療に関する知識をアップデートしています。

感染防止の観点から日本製の滅菌済み使い捨て鍼を使用し、挿入される針には指を一切触れないクリーンニードル法による無菌施術を徹底しており、日本で一般的に普及している伝統的な「押手（おしで）」は行なっていません。

安全性を重視し、吸収性外科用縫合糸を埋没させるACE療法や関節腔内への鍼挿入は行わず、必要に応じて超音波画像装置を使用しています。

指圧や神経パルス療法をする場合は¥6,000頂いています。

お灸をご希望の方にはツボを取りますのでご自身で据えてください。安価で良質なもぐさをご用意してあります。
